QTR-Quadtone RIP

I got my pack of Harman FB Al and was very excited. Until I tried to 
create a curve for it. First impression - My x-rite 810 reads 100% 
black from QTR calibration printout at 2.42 vs. 1.89 on German Etching 
paper. The bad news, my cyan patch shows more density after 70% than 
black patch. Black shows more density before 70% mark. I am lost with 
that one. I also have a cartridge of Museum Black, maybe I should try 
to put that in and print. My previous custome curve creation for the 
same ink on German etching went normal, ink maxed out at 55%, but with 
Harman, I can clearly see ink not maxing till 65 - 70%
Any Ideas or experience?
