Hi - I am using a R-1800 with K-7 neutral inks. I believe the cyan position cart is not printing. I have done many head cleanings, and waited over nignt and done more head cleanings, but it does not want to print. Can one install a pink cleaning cart in the cyan slot? Any suggestions. The printer sat idle for maybe a week or so, which does not seem like a long time. Does this machine need to be turned on every 2 or 3 days. The last time I printed, it did fine. Thanks Michael G
