PS: Sorry, I didn't think to say in my original posting that QTR 2.3.1 had been working perfectly for me even on Mac OS X 10.4.10 on my PowerPC-based system, and my new Intel- based system was built to mirror my PowerPC-based system's configuration. This is why my question indicates that I believe my problem lies in QTR 2.3.1 not working properly on the Intel 10.4.10 platform. I will also go on to say that QTR 2.3.1 installed on the Intel machine just fine and the install script completed just fine. It's just that the Print dialog will not allow access to the QTR pane. My Epson 7600 UC printer driver suffered the same fate, but fortunately Epson had an updated printer driver available specifically for Intel Macs that fixed the problem for the printer, and so I am assuming something similar needs to occur for QTR. Thanks again, /eddie
