QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi Walker,

Im surprised your having too much ink load with PR. I am facing that
issue today with profiling the Crane Portfolio Rag with Sepia K6. I
kept limiting, and limiting, and limiting in QTR until the last two
patches don't reverse. I ended up with limiting 40% in the advanced
adjustments box of QTR. That did it. You can save that as a preset
along with curve created for it.
