John and Josh, Shaking the carts has made a huge difference and then printing out some very large prints to clear the lines of the weak ink. Things are not perfect yet, I think beause the lines are not totally cleaned of the weak ink, but I definately am on the right track now. It is not software or hardware or user error but GRAVITY that has been screwing with me. thanks everyone for you help and thoughts. I could not have done this myself.
