I couldn't find an appropriate answer to my question via Google... I own an Epson Stylus Photo 2100. When I do a printhead alignment, where is the data stored (I use WinXP)? Somewhere in the Registry or in one of the driver's files? Does the printer store the values in some kind of NVRAM or flash? I'm just a bit curious because AFAIR when you update the printer driver, you're advised to deinstall the old one. Does this deinstallation lead to a loss of a previously applied printhead alignment? What about two or more OSes sharing the same printer. Do I have to perform a printhead alignment in every single OS (all of the same type)? \relax\bye % Horst
