QTR-Quadtone RIP

I just purchased the Niagra IV System with Neutral K7 inks for my Epson R1800 printer. I 
just downloaded the QTR program, and made my first print which I'm very happy with. The 
problem that I'm having is that I can no longer choose the "US Letter (Manual - Roll 
(Borderless))" Paper Size in the Page Setup dialog box. The great thing about the R1800 
printer is that you can do borderless printing. The Neutral K7 inks specifies that it works 
with the R1800, but the QTR seems to remove the Borderless printing option. I've printed 
my portfolio with this setting in color, and then converted my R1800 printer to the Neutral 
K7 inks for my black and white images. Because the Borderless setting is no longer 
available, I can't match up the size of the images in my Portfolio. Is there any work 
around?

Mac OSX 10.3.9
Adobe Photoshop CS
In Design CS

My Portfolio has actually been created in In Design CS so I'm printing through that 
program. I did all my color corrections in PhotoShop, then imported them to In Design.

Any advice?
