QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi,

What should the format of the input file for Create-ICC be ?

I'm using X-Rite spectrophotometer and ColorShop to gather the data. 
Copy to Xcel and save as tab delimited. The file has 3 columns:L*,a,b.
I'm on Windows XP. 

Unfortunatelly, for some reason, Create-ICC is dropping my hue 
information (zeros for a and b). As a result I can't softproof the hue 
in PS (tone softproofing and printing works perfectly).

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated,
