There is a trick that 2200/2100 users do to solve this problem with zip ties trimmed to 3/8" long. Push up the wheels with the CD bar (on the left side just above the wheels) and insert the shortened tail of the zip tie right above each wheel. This will prevent the wheels from making contact with the print and leaving tracks. I think MIS supply has a picture of the trick (and will sell you trimmed ties if desired) if this isn't clear.
