QTR-Quadtone RIP

Let me know how those curves work out for you. I never got around to
linearizing them, but really liked the prints I got. 

The curves are designed for the old base UT7 inks. I have UT7 inks here with
the new base but haven't used up the old cartridges yet, when I do I plan to
update the curves.
