Yes. Most likely the issue is the bars.

You can build custom charts in i1Profiler using the “classic” i1Pro1 chart style but built for i1Pro2.

You can also build charts in ColorPort that are slightly different. I’ve personally had more luck with ColorPort for reading L*a*b* from i1Pro2.

Gonna answer my own question. The i1pro 2 does not do sweeping profiling of really pale color inks accurately. It gives wrong values. You need to do spot readings on each step to achieve accurate readings. I wonder if the issue lies with the divider bars in the step chart, if these were black and not pale, it may not have this reading issue.
