I think the key for me was deleting any files left behind > after the uninstall. > tim > TIM, I know this procedure "in general" for any software, so I have done it following your advice, I even cleaned what was left in the registry base, it made no difference. This morning (see my previous post) when I called a picture it didn't appear in QTR printing window and the print came out blank, tonight it works and I didn't change anything besides closing QTR and reopen.
