I got that too when installing new printers after updating, but that isn't an El Cap SIP issue. It seems to just be a simple permissions setting for the quad folder. Navigate to the quadxxxx-k7 folder, right click and get info (or just command+I) and change permissions to read and write for the admin user account (I chaged it for all three user account I have there). I'm not sure why that changed but it took me a minute to sort it out when I first ran into that. I should have posted something about it then, but I was too eager to set up the new printer and completely forgot about getting back to it. Hope that fixes it RB
