Really an off the wall thought but it helped me on an R2400 that kept showing clogs. Be sure the ink bottles are more or less level with the printer. I had mine on the shelf below the printer and the printer couldn’t consistently pull the ink up to the print heads.

Since I did that, everything has been fine….
