Richard is right about all the El Capitan security issues.
The profiles/curves are just where you mentioned though:
/Library/Printers/QTR/quadtone/...
(this is from top level disk not in your home folder)
The files all have .quad extensions -- drag what you don't want to Trash.
Then rerun install printer script to sync everything.
