Do you agitate your bottles before re-loading the carts? I try to agitate them the night before I'm going to reload, just in case there are some particles that should be allowed to settle.
You can print a 21-step test file with the K-0-100 profile and see if the ink limit is set where it ought to be. If that profile is not in your folder, let me know and I'll send it to you. It9;s just a more economical and faster way to see the same thing as the K channel in the Calibration Mode print.

So with that question out of the way, can anyone suggest a tweak that would get my blacks back the way they were? Should I relinearize? Mix up a new batch of Cb6? But I was getting good blacks with the current batch of ink, it was a fresh mix. Paper's the same. Nozzle checks are perfect. I can't think of anything I changed.
Just went to my shop and my Eboni 1.0 is dated 2015-12-11. I think that means Dec. 11 - or is Nov. 12? Anyway, either way I'm within the zone.
