it can be used for monochrome printing on Windows - you need qtrgui as well for printing though, as it can't be used with the native windows print drivers. See http://www.sbillard.org/pages/QTRgui - works up to Windows 7 and the 3880 generation of epson printers so I'd asssume it works with the 9900. (There may be someone else here who knows for sure!)
