I am printing with the Print Tool with a Mac, but when printing with PS I recall seeing similar dialog boxes.

After you select Print, a second dialog box opens and you are given the opportunity to select one of several Layouts. At this point select QuadTone Rip and another dialog box opens that allows you to set Mode, Curve, Speed, Direction and other advanced options such as type of dither.
