Is there any way to set the Platen gap on her iMac? I know that I can access the Epson print window on her Mac and set the platen gap to "wide: However since I am not printing via the Epson driver I imagine that the whatever settings I make are not sent to the printer.
If one can set the Platen gap wider on the QTR for the Mac then I can bring the files directly to her Mac and use the Mac ( rather then the PC ) QTR to print.
