The curves from inkjetmall were not created with Roy’s software, so no descriptor files exist. The channel crossovers are very smooth, something you don’t get using the QTR curve generation tools. I’m patiently waiting for information on how those curves were created, as I would like to create curves with similar smooth crossovers.
Best regards,
John Moody

Hi Ed,
Not dumb at all. I wonder the same thing but if there
are no descriptor files how can it be done? It seems
to me that the only way would be to create your own
curve, measure the patches for the descriptor file and
then linearize.

Excuse the dumb question, but using the NK7 curves,
you'd still linearize for your printer,
right?
