I'll be printing gradients on the transparent media and face-mounting it to acrylic. I want it to look more or less like the old lee filters that were used in front of the lens to create sunset effects.
My Understanding of the Epson Crystal Clear was that it is for printing separation proofs and does not have an adhesive backing. That's why I thought it might work well. But I've never seen the stuff in person, so you may very well be correct about the adhesive.

I bought some Pictorico OHP for a project I'm working on. While I understood that the base was not exactly clear I did not realize that the printed area would become quite milky (you can easily see this when look at the non-printing side). I'd describe this media as translucent but certainly not transparent. Does anyone have experience with a material that is truly clear? Perhaps Epson Crystal Clear?
