QTR-Quadtone RIP

I feel your pain. Like you I\u02bbve just started making profiles on my Mac. After days of effort I did manage to work through the process and got a few to come out with nice, linear tone gradations on the test printouts. There is nothing out there from what I can find that eliminates all ambiguity for rank beginners, but the article that helped the most was this one:

Using the tutorial that comes with QTR, the Mathers article and the article by Carter, (and a ColorMunki Photo) I was able to emerge with working profiles. Now it only takes two hours instead of two days.
