Also consider the cartridge size if you do not plan to use a CIS. The 1500W has six 11 ML carts. The WF-7015 four 32 ML carts. Both are A3+ printers, the minimum droplet size of the 1500W is 1.5 PL, the WF7015 2 PL. The last is half the purchase price of the other. The cart chips already hacked? otherwise use an older model.
