QTR-Quadtone RIP

Greg,

You may be on to something but since I am so new to QTR I need additional
help.  Here is my setup:

 

Media type: Photo paper

 

Curve setup:  

Curve 1: UC_EEnhMatte-cool  (85%)

Curve 2: UC_EEnhMatte-sepia  (15%)

Curve 3: none

The only curve choices are "matte" type, there is no photo or glossy choice.
Maybe this is where my problem is???

 

Resolution: 1440x1440 super

Speed: uni-directional

I haven't used the Advanced Adjustments at all.

 

Any additional hints are most welcome!

Also, make sure that your QTR profile is using the photo black ink (PK) when
using a glossy photo paper. I've found that matte black (MK) does create a
very delicate image on glossy and lustre type photo papers, and quite prone
to rubbing off.
