I've decide Peter is at the center of a truly dastardly plot.

Here's the evidence.  The total space for every Plan B module currently available: 86 hp.

The total space in the inexpensive powered case made by Analogue Solutions: 84 hp.

This means you would have to buy another case and be irresistably tempted to buy all future Plan B modules!!
