M26 update...

After some very careful listening/tests...i *may* be replacing the phase pot on the Spectral Processor with a three way switch and VC input which manifests the switch. The three modes being low res, high res and mix (both). My issue is the fll range of the pot doesn't reflect a big enough of a delta to justify the massive amounts of circuitry (and costs) required to incorporate that feature as a VC pot. An additional 4 ICs (one of which is over 4 dollars), many resistors, caps, zeners. Having it low res, mixd and high res is a tremendous difference and those definately need to be on accessable. If I do dthis, in it's place I'll be adding a few other things: A) A pulse out which will fire a 10ms high whenb the sweep pot goes btween filter bands. This mean when using the sweep function you'll get timing pulses out so yu can sync EGs to those changes B) a Hard/soft mode switch on the sweep function which will make those changes eitehr hard (like the audio sample) -or0 soft, meaning they will fade into one another more smoothly. A above will require a while different method of approaching the sweep function, and I need to look into that. Option B is not a problem either way - it's going in. - P
