Hello everyone - time for an update.

Hello everyone - time for an update.

2009-05-02 by (i think you can figure that out)

I apologize for not posting lately. It's been...busy. We fell behind with te M32 shipments due the unexpected, yet pleasantly welcomed changes in housing and we're still trying to sort out returns we received in Pomona. I need to point out that this really wasn't anyone's fault. The arrangement they and I had worked out worked well when we were there. Once we weren't however, the paperwork which was largly kept by our dealer wasn't readily available and we're trying to match units received to letters we're receivng now from people looking for them.

This a disgraceful, admitted, but please realize these people returned their goods to our dealer, not to us. So the paperwork, which usually consisted of emails, went to our dealer, not us. We're making headway though and while there have been returns sent out, we're about to go into a full swing to get them all returned.

In the future, please PLEASE...put your name ON THE MODULE BOX.

We've got a few new products ready to go into production, but we're holding back until the m32 issue is resolved. Look for the M21C, the M33 and a special fifth anniversary module, a filter, which will be hitting the docks in short time. I think you'll like them.

The Model 30 has progressed significantly from it's NAMM preview and is expect it to be initial production within 45 days.

Thanks for the update, Peter - I can't wait to get the M32! And a special filter, you say... I can never have enough filters, so please let slip a few more details soon :)

Is the M33 the triple VCA? I can't remember from the old announcements...

Also, one more thing - I know you're probably about as sick of Zero Case questions as I am reading them in the list, but... Well, I'm sure you know what my question is going to be. It's just, I need to get another Eurorack case soon, and I would happily sell one of my kidneys for a Zero, but if it's still months away, I'll probaby just get another Doepfer...

Thanks!

Any insight on the availability of the Zero Halliburton cases? I need
to get something in the next 5 weeks and I've been hopeful that maybe
I could build out my Plan B / Livewire system with a Halliburton case
rather than go with an existing option that's likely to end up more
bulky and less portable.

Kindest regards,
John
