Model 10: Question to my peeps

Model 10: Question to my peeps

2008-01-30 by (i think you can figure that out)

Guys,

I have successfully retrofit the M10 so it retriggers, meaning it will
start another cycle before the previous one is completed. But there
is a caveat:

When this mode is engaged, the START switch gives two envelopes. To
make this go away the entire input section would need a redesign.
it's not a simple issue of switch debouncing.

I was thinking of incorporating this feature with a switch, so not to
loose the non=retrig operation which i think has it's use. WHen in
non-retrig mode, the START switch works correctly.

My question to you all: How would you feel if it did double cycle
with a manual start when in RETRIG mode?

BTW...I could easily make a boardlette and sell it as a retrofit
option so that older M10's could be modified to operate this way.

let me know about this and thanks,

- P
