I had a mounting hole problem with several of my Plan B modules and after speaking with Peter, apparently it was a problem with the panel cutting, not the hole drilling. They measure a certain distance in from the edge of the panel to drill the hole, so if the panel is not perfectly square or not exactly the right size, the holes are screwy (no pun intended).
