M28 SELECT INPUT truth tables - IS and S/B conditions

I've uploaded a PDF which lists the way the SELECT input should work (and is working on all of the M28's in stock at our dealers and for 5 of the ints already purchased) and the incorrect way they were working on 15 of the units shipped. see "select_out_truth_table.pdf" in the FILE section of this yahoogroup. This is the docusment I snt Phl for him to make the coding repair.
