Effective last week, Tim Johnston has left the EAR Group.  Please join me in thanking him 
for the year of hard work and dedication he put towards the growth of this company.  Our 
product deliveries during his tenure have been predictably on time and expertly built - 
and it's was all Tim's doing.

Brian Ferdirko has been brought on board to take up the assembly duties in the short 
term.  Brian is no stranger to the synth scene.  Apart from designing presets for many 
instruments (the OBMX included), anyone who's done session work in the Los Angeles area 
has undoubtedly run into him as he's earned a reputation as being one of few reliable midi 
voodoo killers in the LA studio circles and is contracted all over the place.

I have been interviewing all last week and it looks like a we've found an excellent 
candidate who will begin shortly after the July 4th holiday.  He's got some tough shoes to 
fill, but it looks like he's fully qualified to take that challenge.

Tim, thanks again for all your hard work and best of luck in your new endeavors.
