Gino speaks the truth! If you've noticed, there have been times over the past year where the peter at buzzclick-music email address has been down. As it turned out, this email address was hacked to send out over 200,000 spam letters and not my ISP, but my DSL provider, SBC, has now restricted me from receiving mail from that account due to over 65,000 replies received from that spamming. The only place where it isn't blocked is from yahoogroups registries. If you have questions regarding delivery - please contact Don Hassler. If you need me directly, I am at peter at ear-group dot com. As far as late responses for those who may be already sending to the ear address - I need to give an outline of outstanding orders currently on the books along with Dennis' two Serge panels: - Two custom Miltons - A custom Milton expander - Two custom M15's, a M12 and M13 for a gentleman in Florida - Two M15s with Modcan facplates - A M15 board-only order for another Modcan customer who made his own faceplate - Six M15's, two M12's, one each M13 and M17 which were either sent to old addresses, or require custom work - such as integration to Modcan faceplates. There is also one warranty repair. These are items which were placed before the Analogue Haven arrangement and all of them will be shipped over the next two weeks. We have recently delivered over 50 Plan B units to AH, have more orders pending there, and a new order from a European dealer. Add to that four products currently in development and the upcoming Musikmesse show to prepare for. My two interns and I are working diligently to complete all of these open items listed above. There are over 86 M15 customers, over 60 M12, 13 and 17 customers and 10 custom Milton customers who dealt with us directly who have their products, who know that nothing gets overlooked and that Plan B is in business to fulfil orders. However, if in the process of completing these, if I cannot respond to emails immediately now you have an idea why. If you need immediate status -which is totally understandable, we have provided a means by which to do that. Please contact Don Hassler - that's what he's there for. As far as of fulfillment, we have addressed this situation long term by taking on one, soon to be two highly qualified retail outlets to handle our distribution. So far they are doing a marvelous job with this and we have been keeping up with delivery requirements to meet demand. Further, we are making arrangements for outsourcing production. In short, thanks to your support, Plan B is turning the corner from a cottage to a small-sized production operation and I believe we are doing the right things to negotiate that turn successfully. -P
