Nope!  and here's why:

the 'thing' about the Model 13 is the slowness of the vacs, how it
creates this marvelous ringing of short sounds put through it.  So,
what does this slowness do to DC? It adds a (I dare say) unwanted and
non-controllable slew.

There's a way to convert it so it can process DC...i'll post if you
guys wish me to.
