It's always intersting to me I hear about product developments and why certain features were chosen or not. Equally as interesting is what people want/like about a module. The main reason that I'll be picking up an ELF LFO is because it has a fully variable and not a switched range. The large range is, of course, a huge bonus, as is the reset. -james On Aug 18, 2008, at 10:20 PM, "(i think you can figure that out)" <peter@buzzclick-music.com> wrote: Carlos said: "one thing that puzzled me a little was that when no cv was in the attenuator pot seems to still have an effect on the output, didnt have time to investigate further, but was something that I noticed at the end when trying things out. perhaps a question for Peter ?" This is intentional. I noticed this anomaly in the prototype, but realized it could be used as a fine tune when no VC was present and felt it was worth keeping in there. Regarding the range switch: Totally agreed. Initially there was one there, but after caucusing a few of my customers they all felt that a RESET was far more important. o then it came down to real estate, which is at a premium on this one. ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
