Point is if you sample anything with a Fairlight it comes out different to how it went in but in a good musical way. I was being ironic when I recorded the Fairlight for the Mellotron library but the result was stunning, the Mellotron's reproduction of the Fairlight is much closer to the original than other high end samplers that I have tried.
