Dear all
In case any of you are interested in a perennial
question I keep being asked, the choirs on Popol Vuh's soundtrack for 'Aguirre'
appear to be the infamous 'choir-organ' used by Amon Düül II, and now allegedly residing in an unknown museum somewhere in
Germany. I was convinced it wasn't a Mellotron, so it's nice to know what the
bloody thing actually was.
