They are the bands "MADOROMI" and are the same members as "BIKYORAN."
They were giving the copy band of KINGCRIMSON to respect, before making original music.
"MADOROMI" carries out a very highly complete performance as a copy band.
However, Mellotron is not using it.

Subject: [Mellotronists] King Crimson covers by Bi Kyo Ran (Japan)
Just found out about them--anyone hear of them or can lead me to
sound samples? Apparently, these guys have a handful of CD's out in
the past twenty years or so, and actually started out doing KC
covers exclusively from their Red/Larks/Starless era...some dense
Mellotron too.
