Mellotronists

I just heard a track from a sampler spotlighting current and upcoming 
releases on the Tiger Style label (USA..the same label that brought 
you Tristeza and Mercury Plan), and one was from The Dears "Deuxieme 
Partie" that had some thick 'tron strings jump out from the 
background halfway through the song. Not really prog, more pop, but a 
dramatic tune nonetheless. Trying to find out more about the band...
???

I'd love to be in a band that sounds like Ui, Tesch, Euphone, Mercury 
Plan--just drifting vibe-driven instrumentals with a downtempo 
groove...
