As I write this, I'm playing the DVD "Classic Albums-Goodbye Yellow Brick Road." I don't know if it's available in the States, but it's well worth buying if only to get a glimpse back through time at a team of musicians at the top of their game. There's load of original footage of the recording sessions. Gus Dudgeon takes the viewer through some of the multitracks of the songs giving a terrific insight into the way he worked. It's a bit spooky, watching this whilst knowing he's no longer with us. But somehow it seems that in keeping with other talented people who've moved on. Their work seems to only become fully appreciated once they've gone. Shame that. Andy K
