Since a Tron is totally analog, besides wiring of a port, it'd probably take installing some kind of processor and 35 solenoids (preferably steam driven with brass fittings to give the image of some post-Victorian nightmare) to activate the notes, or some really tiny little guy that could fit inside the cabinet and press the keys.
