These things are getting pricey.
Last one in November went for $4200, plus $200 S&H.

Yeah, the seller told me that the reserve was between $2,500 and 2,700.
With about thirty seconds left I went to 2,799 on it and still hadn't
cracked the reserve. Then the winner came in at 3,050. I guess the
reserve was actually 3,000, because he was the only person that bid
after me. Oh well, hopefully I'll get one for less.

PS - the seller told me that this was Ben Harper's mellotron and that
he'd used it in the studio about 5 years ago and that it had been in
warehouse storage since. The serial number is 863.
