Outside mirrors

Hi all, I've seen some Marcii (mostly newer ones) with mirrors mounted on the window uprights. #1. Where can I get them? #2. How do they mount? Does the window frame have to be drilled? I got a set from Rory but the mirror base is wider than the window upright frame and it looks "tacky". Any help?? Thanks in advance. Don Lattimer #3M5759 V6 Willits, CA
