Hello fellow Maniacs,
It was quite a surprise to see my name all over the messages because
of the Pix I gave Mike. The last owner of my car sent along some
documents he had and I scanned & sent that to Mike as the emails were
all questioning the rumor about 200 cars in the US.

I also have a Pre 1971 Manual with the Roswell GA address, maybe Bob
was trying to drum up parts business or ??? Any way it is similar to
the data I purchased from Marcos Heritage for my (1984)model but has
a wiring schematic for a Volvo 3 Litre if anyone needs it, I tried to
scan it but it wasn't clear enough, if anyone needs it I can fax or
copy it and send it to them.

I highly recommend Marcos Heritage for parts/advice as they have been
extremely helpful to me.

I posted a pix of my car while autocrossing, as you can guess it is a
blast and a great conversation starter as well.

We have a group of British car owners that meet Sun nights at a Pub,
show off the cars and BS... Tonight along with the Jags, MG's, and
Triumphs there was a Mini-Moke, a TVR 2500M, a choice TR3,
a Caterham 7(built last winter),a Mini Traveller(woody), and a Marcos
(Mine). Believe it or not, the Marcos gets more attention than just
about anything else (As it should).

I'm looking forward to visiting this forum often, it looks great----
thanks Jeff and Mike for doing this, you did good.

Thanks for sharing the material. We really appreciated it.
I'm still curious about the 200 cars though.

You have an 84 too? Cool! I am purchasing an 84 from Hayes Harris at
Wire Wheel Sports Cars!
That's why I am so interested in finding out the number of cars that
made it over in the "second batch" (Post 72).
What drive train/ special items does yours have?

Great looking car! I'm sure you get loads of attention in it.
I can't wait to get mine!!!!
