That is about all I can tell you on the rear. Bushings for the Cortina rear should be pretty available. Try Dave Bean Engineering out of California. If they don't have it, they should be able to refer you to someone who does. Good luck, Tad

Woh!!!!
Whilst the REAR AXLE is from a Cortina GT, you won't get far buying
Cortina bushes! The Cortina had leaf springs!!!!
As far as I know the rear suspension is pure Marcos, but the bushes
in the leading arms (I think that's the correct term) are Austin A35.
Essentially the suspension looks like this :
o------o ---> Front of car
X
o------o
Where the X is the axle (with special brackets welded on) and
the 'o's are the bushes.
I was about to say you can Polyurethane bushes and looked for
Superflex (which I've used on the front of my car and can recommend)
and found the following URL which lists all the bushes you could need.
http://www.racecar.co.uk/superflex/m-p.html
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Mark

If so what's your take on them, I Know Rory sez they're for the 1980's cars SN 8001+ (mine is SN 8083) Paul
