V6 gearbox parts

V6 gearbox parts

2003-02-04 by Don Lattimer <donlattimer@pacific.net>

Well, the gearbox is out and it appears I need a new 3rd/4th gear
selector fork for starters. Any one have a spare laying around?? I
can get the synchronizers from Burton Power but need a source for
the selectors. Thanks.

KC,
As a matter of fact I just left my old selector fork off at the machine shop to have it built back up. When I removed it from the gearbox it was obvious that the worn selector was the reason for my not being able to engage 4th gear. Thanks anyway. You might make a note to ask if they know of a source when you're there.
