Hi Again guys,
I've just recieved my nice new wiring loom for my car! the question 
is do any of you have any other copies of the wiring loom which 
include the electric windows etc. I've got the one from the 81 build 
manual but it's not great for me this time! any help much appreciated!

Ashley,

They are 8 prong plugs for each window. Right hand window has 2
black wires, 2 slate (gray?) wires , 1 slate/yellow stripe wire
and 1 slate/purple stripe wire.

Left hand has 2 black wires,  2 slate/black stripe wires and
slate/green stripe wire and a slate wire.  Hard to read the left
hand one on the schematic but I think it's right.

I can pull my door panel off and look if necessary.

The lower black strips on the lower sides of my car are approx.
62 1/2 " long.  One side is 62 3/8" and the other is 62 5/8"
long.
