Hi Don,
I found the number in two places. It appears that mine are two separate
pieces. The outside turn signal lens is actually its own little square
unit that screws onto a larger rectangular unit which houses the
reflector and brake lens. The number appeared on both the square turn
lens and the rectangular brake lens assembly.

Jeff,

Where was the number located?  I found the L572 number on my amber 
turn lens which is the outside lens.
