Great post Lee (I didn't know those round lights were Imp units). I think the later 3 litres (Volvos, etc) used a Hillman Hunter (dull Ford Cortina competitor - I know my dad had one!) light cluster. The car, and the lights, are square (well, rectangular) and unimaginative :^) It's possible (I suppose, but it seems unlikely) that the light unit is the same as used on a Capri. For the person who mentioned a 'European' Capri specialist, be careful. There are quite a lot of differences between German Capris and English ones. Body panels and probably rear lights are pretty compatible, but engines and possibly other mechanicals were different. I'm not saying they won't be able to help, but if you talk to them or visit make sure the part you get really is the same.
