Marcos 1973 3 litre Volvo wheel fitment

Anyone know if the wheels from a late '60s 1800 volvo-engined car 
will fit on a 1973 3 litre (Volvo) car?  

My father has the Marcos about 250miles away and wants me to buy him 
some wheels that he's seen advertised.  The PCD sounds similar, but 
I'm not sure.
