Marcos Maniacs

I've attached 3 pictures, two of my current mirrors and 1 of a mirror on a 1999 Mantaray I saw in Portland last weekend.  I'm looking to replace my mirrors as they are almost useless.  As you can see, mine are mounted near the top of the doors.  Since my car was originally RHD and now LHD, they are angled incorrectly and if I were to replace them, I'm at a loss as to where to look for suitable replacements.  Are there any ideas from this forum?    In an ideal world, the new ones would cover the existing holes and I wouldn't need to repaint both doors.
